Export Builder
The Export Builder allows you to create custom exports to import employee hours to your payroll interface or application. Specify up to 10 different export layouts and save them for later use. Fields available for export include: employee number, employee last name, employee first name, export code, amount, department, job, step, operation, task, work time (regular, overtime, double time and triple time), wage, dollars, batch number, date, and up to 6 user defined fields.
Easy to Use
Genesis SQL is easy to install requiring minimal setup time and it can be installed on your existing SQL server environment The software loads with default settings that can be used right "out of the box". No need to enter employee information individually. By using the Excel import file you can enter employee information on Excel and import employees to the database at once. Upgrading from Genesis Pro to Genesis SQL is quick and seamless. Genesis SQL can convert all your data in just a few minutes so you can enjoy the benefits of SQL.
Reliable and Secure
Enforce your company policy not your employees. Genesis SQL supports biometric technology such as the popular HandPunch clocks and fingerprint biometrics. Biometrics give you added security knowing employees can't "buddy punch". Genesis SQL also provides you with added security by requiring a username and password before accessing the program. User accounts can be configured to allow you granular control over what users can do and cannot do inside Genesis SQL.
Reporting and Payroll
Genesis Pro provides you with over 100 reports and options, providing you with valuable information to better manage your workforce. Reports include time card, hours, attendance, employee wage, time card by department, employee contact list and many more. Not only does Genesis Pro provide informative reports but it can create export files to interface with over 30 third-party payroll or accounting programs; further minimizing time spent doing payroll. The export files contain employee information along with the worked time for the pay period (actual information may be different) which are imported to your payroll or accounting program updating employee hours automatically.

Add-On Modules
The Bell Control module allows you to define bell ringing schedules and prompt terminals to activate a user supplied bell, alarm, or other audible signaling device. Each bell can be defined by the day-of-week and time-of-day as well as the duration of the ring. Please note, the Bell Control module requires the purchase of a signal relay device for the clock which is not included with the purchase of the module.
The PC Clock module allows employees to perform all normal time clock functions at their PC. The PC Clock module can be installed in multiple PC's.
The Benefit Accruals module allows you track and automatically calculate the balances of each employee's availble benefit time. Benefit Accurals module allows you to track benefits such as vacation, personal and sick time.
The Job Costing & Validation module allows you to track time and labor costs and distribute them by department, job, step, operation and task. Quantity reports show dollars spent to produce each part and efficiencies compared to other employees.
Access Control & Schedule Lockout
The Access Control & Schedule Lockout module allows you to restrict or warn employees who attempt to punch IN or OUT at times other than their scheduled shift. This module also allows you to control an entry access device (door, gate, turnstile, etc.) to regulate unauthorized personnel.
The Occurrence Ratings module allows you to assign point values to each attendance occurrence. Warning notices with custom messages can be automatically generated when employees reach pre-defined infraction levels.
USB Polling Key
Additional polling keys allow clocks to be polled from other computers. Each computer polling must have a key installed.
Upgrades
Expand the number of employees up to Unlimited. Expand the number of concurrent users up to Unlimited.
